By helping to avoid unnecessary claims reserves we can protect claims records and, in turn, help to secure lower premiums.

We also work closely with our motor fleet clients to provide guidance for drivers on accident reporting and, where beneficial, we will make contact directly with witnesses to ensure statements are obtained as soon as possible after the accident.

Where clients are involved in non-fault motor accidents, we will, where possible, seek to obtain an admission of liability from the third party insurers to avoid the need to claim through the client’s own policy. This also allows us to arrange a like-for-like replacement vehicle for the duration of the repair.
