Through Xact Group, our clients have access to a website offering a comprehensive suite of guidance notes and template forms to assist them in meeting their health and safety obligations. This includes assistance with the preparation of a health and safety statement and policy, and individual risk assessments.

 

The guidance notes and template forms which are accessed via a secure website, are also industry specific.

 

Xact will also issue regular emails with updates on topical issues within the sector.

 

While this facility provides a platform for clients to meet their statutory obligations, additional support is available directly from Xact Group who, at competitively negotiated rates, can assist with the completion of the required forms and the implementation of a robust and practical risk management program. Xact can also act as the responsible person should this be required.

Through Xact Group, our clients also have access to a secure website offering a wide-ranging suite of guidance notes and template forms to assist in the area of HR.  These include recruitment, induction, contracts of employment, job descriptions, performance appraisal, disciplinary matters and redundancy.

EQUILIBRIUM CLAIMS SUPPORT

 

Through Claims Equilibrium Club, our clients have ongoing access to claims advice and, for any claim which exceeds £5,000 in value, up to 20 hours of a loss adjuster’s time to assist with preparing and presenting a claim. Should additional time be required, this can be negotiated directly with the loss adjuster involved.

 

This supplements the overall claims support we provide as brokers, and ensures our clients have professional representation in negotiation and discussion with the loss adjuster appointed by your insurers.
